Think wine, think french until the new world came along, now you get the very best of both, french and new world as we we explore and introduce you to the many new world wines in a classic french vintage car

sampling the delights of the Central Otago Region, a unique private personalised tour in a vintage Citroen, showcasing famous pinot noirs and the equally successful whites all grown in this young exciting grape region. Savour the differences of the various wineries, see the winemaking process, visit some appointment only tasting rooms, maybe a  local  apple cider to finish or a fruit ice cream? all in a day of fun..

We leave civilisation behind as the vintage French Citroen 2cv  car meanders carefully up onto mountanous Criffel Deer Station,

Savour the views, the rocky schist outbursts thrusting through pockets of native manuka,

Stop.. a rabbit,  Wow.. some quail, Look.. red deer

The sounds and aromas of nature.

The 2cv gracefully climbs higher and higher, finding the perfect picnic spot, (which spot, which location and view, such choice, you can choose).

Picnic..  ool la la ... A Yummy French Picnic of course,

Out comes the stove and we prepare French crepes (made from organic milk and local eggs)

served drizzeling with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar , or maple syurp.

savour away ... whilst the coffee pot percs.

the wilderness , the vast scope that stretches over the Wanaka valley floor, across Lakes Hawea and Wanaka fittingly framed by the magnificent Southern alps Mountains.

We can also offer an amazing assortment of other attractions that may interest you a long the way, with stunning scenery, a selection of fabulous artists, fossil rock hunting, meandering the cafes, viewing and or walking the sluicings, or Old Cromwell town with its charm , a touch of retail shopping, a delicious fruit ice cream to top off the days tastings, just a selection of what the Central Otago region has on offer.

We can focus on those keen to get out with their camera and capture the gorgeous scenery of Central Otago, have some amazing locations  tucked away.

We are a small boutique tour and at present do not have card facilities ,  If you wish to pay by card we can simply book through our local Central Otago i-sites.

More and more we are being asked to provide cars for weddings and also popular tour for honeymooners.

Wedding car hire costs.

$100.00 per car for first hour and $75.00 per car each extra hour.

First hour costs includes preparation and ribbons if required.

These charges are for Wanaka based weddings, We are happy to travel to Queenstown and other regions. but ask for our fuel costs to be reimbursed.
